So i just did another quick bike commute route finder time test..for the new place of work..
yes i hope to get the start soon..bloody red tape delays...

6.25 miles is still the shortest route..but the 7.1 mile route is only a minute slower..
cycle ways are very good but litered with funiture and people..
the road is far quicker..11mph ave to 13.6mph..
might be different at 0730 tho

Does this mean that all the OS coordinates for the UK have now changed? I'm only asking because I've only recently got round to getting the whole of the UK on 1:25000 scale. It would be annoying if they were all out now.

In theory, yes. In practice you would need to be receiving full RTK (Real Time Kinematic) corrections to notice the difference. The GNSS kit we use is sub centimetre stuff!

We've used our bus passes in a lot of places, Chester yesterday was the first time they were decldeclined we'll have to start using the car for the rest of the holiday.

Chester should have been OK, unless it was the Park & Ride, or were you heading into Wales?

I just caught the end of a clip on TV saying that most people benefit from exercising outdoors rather than in the gym, it had something to do with the way that our brains are wired, our animal ancestry. For my point of view it seems that is the way my brain is wired, whether I am out walking or cycling I am constantly listening and looking around, especially over hedgerows. It stimulates my brain, the what's that curiosity kicks in and it gets my brain thinking.
The idea of joining a gym has never appealed to me I think I would soon get bored.

Same here. I spend my working day inside so I prefer to exercise outside, fresh air, creatures.
