It's a lovely morning here too. Should make it a bit easier to go to work after the damp day yesterday.

It is but it's very warm and muggy here. The change in darkness at 5.30 between last week and today is quite noticeable.

Can we just stop the calendars and clocks now please.

I agree. I don't want the dark evenings. I cleaned my bike yesterday evening and left it to completely dry before putting oil and lube on, by which time it was dark!

My son would have been one of those 3. In fact even when he was in year1 when they did a big star chart to get children to come in without their parents, he just turned round and told them he'd rather have his mum than a star.

That carried on until the end of that year gradually improving the amount of effort the teaching assistant would need to extract him until one day at the door he said he wanted to go in by himself! They then reintroduced the stars just for him!

Aw. They all do it when they're ready.
