Back from my walk, no cake or ice cream was consumed

Knee was really good when i woke up so no pain killers. The osteo obviously did a good job on Thursday. Walked about 8 miles, not far i know but it was starting to ache a bit about half way so i stopped and had a cuppa. I have just taken some nurofen as its a tad warm and sore but i have no intention of taking any more. It's raised on the footstool too.

If its ok tomorrow i will do a similar walk and i intend to walk 3 miles to the station each morning this week and the same for the return.

My lawn is so long I've got seed heads, and it keeps raining so I can't mow. I hope the seed has sprouted!
