I am sat in the garden having just eaten a loverly Chinese, watching the ferrets play and contemplating a gin and tonic. Month end is finished and all is right with the world.

Last evening in Somerset after a particularly lovely week.

Many thanks to my local guides @coffeejo and the very gorgeous Snipe, i had a ball but now i want to sleep for a week. Trouble is i have a very early start tomorrow but it is back to 2 very cute furballs.

I bought some shorts in ALDI today. You really have to dig deep to find a 32'' waist. Anyhow, they are now familiar with the bike.

I can certainly recommend this beautiful cottage and of course Snipe is very close by. She lives with a cake eating gardener I am told

I quite fancy Somerset too. We are going to Norfolk this year and I haven't been to Somerset since I was a child.

I quite fancy Somerset too. We are going to Norfolk this year and I haven't been to Somerset since I was a child.

@hopless500 lives in Norfolk. She can tell you the best pubs but anymore than that and you are out of luck.
