Yes it is. No it isn't. I am right. You are wrong. Blah blah blah blah.

There's quite a high level debate going on ITV at the mo.

You're a bigger buffoon than me. No, you are the biggest buffoon. :tired:
It's like being at home

It's about 50 years since I was in the area for anything other than a few hours. We're planning to be there a bit before you & taking bikes. I'll post any rides I find, weather permitting. I doubt the roads are still as quiet as I remember them, and the two sweet shops I frequented are no longer there.
I am looking at the North Norfolk coastal ring to Ringstead. That looks really good.

I saw a jay in our garden this morning, the first 1 I have ever seen

It's the bloke on Springwatch with a double barrel surname that isn't Chris Packham - his hair had had a tussle with a wild bear.

I had to give up golf as I was far too young and trendy, now I'm glad I never sold my bats

Hmm .. . one of Mr Summerdays greatest failings as a son in law is his lack of interest in golf, though his skills in fixing up Dad's computer have on the whole meant he is prepared to overlook that shortcoming;). He would hit you over the head with one of those "bats" if he could:giggle:

That was a prerequisite of joining

I left when they started letting women in, I mean I know they have the vote and everything now but some things have gone too far

I call them sticks and I think Potsy needs to be careful that he doesn't get whacked with one.

Exactly.

I walked in from a bike ride to find Mr K watching it. As you say, a lot of unhelpful point scoring.

The sports massage at the physio's was very painful. Ouch.

Well done.

Best looking of all the crow family. Magpies come second.

Yes, they're lovely. We see quite a few as we have lots of trees around and also live near the woods. We get far too many noisy, squawky, magpies. Pests. Sadly, over the 30 years that we've lived here (), we've seen the magpie population increase and the small birds decrease.
