I'm awake, BUT I'm having a cup of coffee in bed.... I'm working from home today but if I get up soon I can get it all done and have a bit of time for lots of other things..... Such as making cakes, allotment etc!

Is it easy to get into, do you need to see someone to show you the way or can you pick it up, read about it?

I was taught how to do it by the first yoga teacher I had.

Morning. Is was hot in the night, it seems to have kept a lot of the birds awake as they were all singing away in the early hours. I'll be having a nap soon .

We are expecting a new fridge and freezer to arrive later.

Cool and cloudy in Coventry, I'm off for a bike ride in a minute, I've been in shorts all week today I've had to dig the tights and long sleeved top out.
