What I am about to say may be too extreme for mundane news so avert your eyes now. My wife decided that it is gardening weather and the area behind the greenhouse needed tidying, so shifting pots and undergrowth in order to dig and plant some purple sprouting. It was going well until frogs started popping out. We had disturbed Frog Ville, 5 large ones, one about an inch long , one of last year's models and 2 tiny wee ones, this year's models. We caught some and put them in a shady area but they had other ideas. We have now placed some roof tiles along the side of the greenhouse to give them a sheltered area to hide under.
Whilst I was working in another area I saw another tiny frog in the grass, so it shows that some of them are leaving the pond.
