Jack's going back to the vets. He had another bad night. He's had the runs since he got back from the vets on Thursday and hasn't had a proper poo. He's been waking us up to go out during the night - which he never normally does.

Back from a lovely walk with 3 of Somersets finest ladies. Jo is looking really well as is Snipe and we had Snipes friend Bonny with us. It's a bit overcast but very warm and humid. Saw some lovely wild orchids, met two gorgeous pups and reunited a lost terrier with her owner. Not bad for a mornings mooch.

No wonder Jo hides down here it's so lovely.

I did pass on hugs and good wishes from you all. We are meeting up for sunday lunch tomorrow........................ in the pub I may try the local brew

I am also pleasantly surprised how flattish it is around here so the bike is coming out during the week as the forecast looks good most days.

MIL is back in hospital. She was doing well in the care home and had only been there a week, when yesterday they were assessing her back home. She was given the all clear (once the care team was sorted out) to go home, but was rushed in hospital with kidney pains and skin blistering (sign of kidney failure)

Hope she is feeling comfortable at least and you are not feeling too stressed yourselves

All the prep for the birthday BBQ is done. The guest list keeps growing. The neighbouring caravan owners have turned up so we've invited them. Grown from 16 to about 23 now. Gulp.
