My gate is progressing... But Mr Summerdays is becoming irritated with my progress, I've been told to make him a cup of tea while he does some of the work! Still not removed all the paint, and I know a friend of mine would say You could have paid someone to do that for the number of hours I'll have put into it, but I'm hoping for some job satisfaction at the end! (If only that I'll have shut the gate moaners up:whistle:).

Looking forward to seeing the finished photos.

I've got to do mine again. Last done about 4 years ago, it's 6ft high so a quick sand down and a couple of coats of Black and gold Hammerite paint.

Don't know when it was last done, we've been here 4 years and it's been rusty all of that time. The previous owner was a frail old lady, so whenever she last got someone to do it for her.

I'm in that there London, South Kensington to be precise, cripes there ain't 'arf some ponces around here, two Bugatti veyrons, a bloke in see through slacks and monogrammed slippers, and people with posh carrier bags with shite in they don't need. Still, shouldn't judge should I, whatever floats their boat I guess.
