The lovely rhubarb i was given last week for a crumble ..........was put in the cupboard by my good lady.
its gone black...im not happy, Fridge or crumble dear, fridge or crumble.
Cold has nearly gone ...but no crumble
I keep doing that, but we have so much at the allotment that it doesn't matter. I just compost it again to complete the cycle.

I have rhubarb cordial on the go at the moment.... Nice!

My solicitor was back in touch last night. She has spoken to the main witness, the lady in the car behind who called 999.

She can't remember where I was, nor if it was her or another car that had left a gap for the driver turning right. She confirmed the traffic was stop start and that the driver had turned right into me. Fortunately, my solicitor is ensuring we get a correct account from the witnesses before the defendant's insurance start messing about.

Lying in bed, cup of tea, doing the sudoku, listening to the bin men emptying the green wheelie bin.
Bliss.

MIL is back in hospital. She was doing well in the care home and had only been there a week, when yesterday they were assessing her back home. She was given the all clear (once the care team was sorted out) to go home, but was rushed in hospital with kidney pains and skin blistering (sign of kidney failure)
