Please excuse my tardiness for reporting in this morning, I got caught up in a space/time continuum dichotomy situation this morning.

Its cold as Christmas here this morning.

I have just been informed by the Fragrant Mrs P that we are cycling to that their London tomorrow, for a sight seeing trip then off to the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday to see the ballet Swan Lake in the afternoon and then cycling back. Goodness it's going to be a busy weekend.

It sounds fab! Have fun

I am attending a reunion of people I used to volunteer with 25 years ago. Should be interesting, I have a feeling I am going to feel very very old.

Nobody seems to have mentioned pies for a while. I saw this one in the garden the other day.

My Fuji commuter is hiding from me in the garage. It doesn't want to have the suspension seatpost removed, I'm sure. I see no reason for a steel bicycle to need a suspension seatpost. The minute I get it to the right height, it sinks down and I am pedaling like a frog. If I raise it high enough for it to arrive at the correct height, I have to throw myself into the saddle while standing on the pedals. It's like some sort of demented circus act, that. Fenders/mudguards and a rack will get scrounged and applied this weekend.

I have halved my car insurance renewal, arranged delivery of our new cooker and accessories and have persuaded Virgin media that their engineer putting out new router on a cable that can only get it 6 inches from the TV was not a clever idea and needs someone from them to come and do it right.

by far the most onerous task was negotiating virgin into the same corner the pillocks trapped the router box in.

my sandpaper is missing me.

I've hung the laundry out on the whirligig.

Towels/large items innermost - smalls and flannels on the outer lines.

I've pre-matched the socks.

Boom.

We all have a different system for hanging out the washing. I like to hide the smalls on the inside - for modesty! Then the socks get used to fill the gaps on the end of each section of line. My OCD is matching the coloured pegs to the item. Miss K has no patience with any of that.
