I've got a sore throat.... I think I'm getting Mr Summerdays cold! So far I'm not as grumpy as he was but I'm sure I've still got time to let that develop!

Well I'm intending on ignoring my serious illness (worse than man-flu) as I'm supposed to be going into the woods to play bikes later on with friends.... Followed by cake with a different set of friends, so I don't have time to wallow in my misery today.... The only thing is .... Sounds like rain outside my window

A quick shower then it's down for a breakfast of scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and chorizo, the owner's speciality

Today is a Southwold day and Nurse TVC is on her holidays.

ive been making honey and lemmon drinks..
2 tbs of honey 1 tbs of lemmon juice in half a mug of boiled water well mixed ..really soothing..

I still cannot get over the weather, cold and windy! Sunday night my Guides and I slept under the stars in survival bags. I would not have wanted to do that last night or today for that matter
