It's nice here today, but had some expensive news about my car, however I too am going to have a 'chillin' day.

Here is a photo of my friend's cat Mishka with her kittens yesterday.

I went down the pub last night and got a bit TellyTubby'd, I got Lala'd then Dipsy then had to go to the Po for a Tinky Winky
In an earlier world, I've drunk and eaten with the lass inside Po, I've even sunbathed with her on the beach at the lake above Treignac, Corrèze. She's only slightly larger than you'd think she would be. If she were on here she'd have to be TinierMyNewt.

:secret: Err I fell off my bike today... All my own fault.. Pannier strap caught on a gate... I kept going but the pannier and bike didn't. Just slightly bruised and cut!

Night night I wonder if @SatNavSaysStraightOn is awake or asleep? Hopefully taking it easy!

Next she will be posting photos:whistle:
Give me chance! I've been taking them but not really had chance to get on the laptop only my tablet. I'll try to get you one from the phone in a minute !

the ruddy chairs in the waiting room were a nightmare for spinal injuries. Soo painful.
That's why I usually attend these appointments in the wheelchair even when I can walk from the car to the waiting room.

not sure! Add 9 hrs to your time and that's what I'm on at the moment.

Don't seem to have been affected by jetlag t but I'm wondering if your body had to produce cortisol to suffer from it? Just a thought. I can't produce it so take steroids normal to replace it in the form of hydrocortisone. I just did a 24 hr cycle off them instead of a 12 hr on, 12 hr off which I would normal do, so started the end of my journey with an Australian morning watching the sunrise in Sydney airport and started my steroids then. That gave me yesterday on them and last night off them rather than the reverse which it would have been if my body produced cortisol...

Anyhow I think you are all asleep or about to get up. It's 2:30pm in the afternoon here and will go dark in about 2½ hrs time!

From my walk to the supermarket today.
