Today was a tagine day. I seem to have got the amount of spices about right. However I forgot I have lemon and lime to experiment with, I did remember the dates however. After four hours it was rather good.

Copenhagen is dead on public holiday Mondays. Which they call Holydays, still. Which is why I am not at work.

I'd like Pentecost off, too. In the States, there are no National Holidays between New Years and Memorial Day.
