I'm one who doesn't like change... And so I know I have to live with the new thing to get used to it. The number of times they have introduced new ways of doing things and I've been reluctant but come round in the end. However ... Just occasionally I am right! Luckily my boss supported me when I tried a new way and pointed out the flaws as why it didn't work.

Do you like the teachers in that year or do you not know them very well? The little ones always look so tiny each September once mine were past that point.

I know one of the teachers who is lovely and the other seems nice. I'll just miss the buzz from what I do now.

I am watching 'Fierce' he is about show us a bird eating tarantula, I may need to go for a lie down

You reminded me I'd missed an episode so I've just caught up with it, I'm not a fan of the guys delivery but some of the creatures are impressive. That was a good sized spider, amazing sting on the ant and an amazing electric eel, but my favourite was the snake that looked like it was dangerously venomous but wasn't, a nice bit of deception.

I feel like a piece of wood i am so stiff this morning. I am supposed to be going on a long walk this morning with a friend and her dog. It may be rather slow.

Hopefully there will be a new buzz instead:okay:

Is there the option to go back to your current age group in the future? I never understand why some schools seem to leave staff in the same position and others swap them around every year. I know someone who moved to Early years this year after years of doing the literacy support in the school. In that school rather like the kids finding out in the summer term who they will have the following year on a particular day, the teachers seemed to have the same sort of day when they were told if they were staying in the same position or swapping. I can understand they do things for a reason, as my friends daughter was in year 5 in that school and they decided to keep the same teachers with the pupils because they are apparently a difficult year.
