Bored, so grabbed two left over pieces of decking, screwed them together, mitred the edges to make a new front wheel stand for the turbo trainer.

My missus has been out for lunch with a friend. That was 12:30. Last I heard was prosecco bottle number 3 and that was before 4pm.

Ouch, I hope the medicine works and makes things easier......I guess having bits of the body wear out is the horrible bit of getting older. Oh well

I've spent most of my life doing manual labour and I guess I'm now paying the price. The problems been around for several years but whilst I was working I was always worried that having it looked at might result in a long lay off and as I wasn't getting paid for being on the sick I always worked through it, now I'm retired I've finally had it looked at.

no, I liked getting paid.

I've been to the Doctors today, According to the doctor this is the cause of my back problems. I'm now on Co-Dydramol for the next month.

Just out walking the pooch....
and the Cambs Air Ambulance laded at cuckoos hollow ' local little beauty spot' about 25yds from me ..
bloody hell wind and noise..dog was trying to scarper..
Ive never seen so many track suit wearing youth at 7,30 in the evening..twaz like a huge shell suit magnet..
no idea why it landed for 1 minute ..it may have had a fault? But it took off and flew ok..

could have been William in the pilot seat for all i know....but he didn't wave to me so probabley not..
