I am now furiously searching for the form for Dad to be online... that runs out today that I did put somewhere safe... I am quietly swearing ....

I've discovered how to control the weather. If I tell the dog that she'll have to wait for the showers to stop and put the kettle on instead of walking her, the threatening clouds pass over and it's all blue skies and sunshine and fluffy white clouds. This lasts only as long as it takes for me to make and drink a mug of coffee, then it's all grey and gloomy and wet and windy once more. Put the kettle on, and so the pattern repeats itself. I'm quietly impressed with my powers. Dog is fed up.

I thought it was a rather daring bikini design...

It could be I suppose, a couple of others for the bottom half and that could be different... perhaps I should make one and wear it on my next trip to the sun bed just to make the treatment and subsequent visit to the doctor more interesting when he checks if it is helping with the psoriasis (although they would have to be considerably larger hearts)

I have located Dads form and registered him online.. I may have lied about the answers to the Secret questions as I didn't think putting "Have not a bloody clue" would be accepted... and he is asleep...

It was resistance training.

It was all sitting down but i was very pleasantly surprised how hard it was..The cycling one was fun, i think they were a bit amazed at the level i ended up starting on . I had to do the advanced one to get enough of a push going other wise it was too easy but i made up for it in Wimpy stakes on the pulling.

I have always been able to kick you to death just not punch you.

Still you only get out what you put in.

Next session on Wednesday.
