Idiot Dog got very excited because I got up. She doesn't know we're going out for an adventure this morning courtesy of a friend and her car, so she's now sulking because my getting dressed hasn't led to a walk. Oh, and a tree rat has stolen one of the suet block feeders.

My father is buried in a cemetery in the north of Leeds and I had to check that it wasn't the same one.

I am washing towelling and then drying it, to shrink it before making Mermaid Tail Towels... there is lots of towelling washing going on...

Tis also busy today but I need more coffee... I have piles of Cross back aprons to sew, embroidering to be done, snuggle blankerts cut ready to sew and a poncho to cut out... I should be doing this... instead I am drinking coffee and trying to work out the stupid codes on the Scout Spring Schedule and having to ask a million bloody questions about can he do this, how do I do we need etc etc etc cos they (Scouts) are very tight with information... I have now found out I shall be escorting him to swimming tonight...
