Just feeling happy this morning.Looking out on the front garden.The soil is crumbling on it's own nicely.We have seen a very nice centre piece for the middle of the garden.One of those paving things.Trouble was it was in a Garden Centre in Beverley.Not to worry it is a well known company,and have stockists in our area.So Project Modern Garden is on course.just need some better weather.Leeds tomorrow SNOW and rain.What!!!!!.

Back fromt he market it is pouring down out there so it was very quiet.... I have also been on the sunbed as told to by doctor... I must remember to move my bangles about whilst on there I now have a stripey arm... still it is better than an itchy arm....

its just a muzzy head today..my migrein usually lasts 3..4 days. But the meds often sort it if i catch it early..
i had full blood count a little while ago and that was excelent..
I didn't have a migrein for 2 month after i went tea total at new yr..
Feel tired and all my joints are aching after work..bit dizzy etc..so just shacking off a virus..
My B12 didn't seem to pep me up in march ,and thats due may 6th..
