Sinus infection?
When mine go off on one I feel like I've just been punched in the mush. The ones above the eyes are even worse when they get infected though.

My recent bout of man flu seem to have resulted in me loosing my legs, by 30 miles this morning I was done, so if you see them let me know, while you're at it if you see someone who can take this cough of my hands let me know please.

Yes I'm well below par, have been for about three week now, and suspect I will be for several more weeks yet, its undone all the good work I did on the turbo over winter.

We saw Sophie Raworth going for a run, we stood a couple of feet away from Hugh Pym, Kevin Fong and George Alaghaia (?)

A thoroughly enjoyable day, great to meet Rocky and munch on a very good pie. The tour of the BBC was excellent, I got volunteered to do an unscripted weather report which seemed to go OK as there were plenty of rain bands passing over Manchester so I could do my jokes (fortunately all the old ladies laughed), the guide said I was a natural

The lecture at the Royal Institution was very interesting, and afterwards I stood behind the desk and took in the room. The one slight disappointment was that the lecture theatre was completely up to date, I hoped for more original fittings and expected it to smell of a school Chemistry lab.

Lovely day today, into the 60's F, and I commuted to the University(still the old school chemistry lab smelling type) and moved the car to Mrs. GA's building, as she was unable to park in her spot earlier. More work is beginning on the train station.
