I resting as i have pulled a hamstring standing there and those jelly babies i found lurking in the back of the cupboard and put them aside for cycling, well i have eaten them and i am now having arhhhh

Nope, sorry. They need 4 months or so really. Nice try though I will do extra ready for next year's NF Cycletta, how about that? We will be sozzled by the end though.

Your not going to believe this but my dog did another poo!

unless ive missed a post,, your dog's only had one poo in 7 days....
Either you need to get him to the vets...or you're not taking this post seriously and reporting ALL the poos !!
