The smoked haddock chowder was better with leeks in it, as I originally had in my recipe for it, than with the chopped fine beans that I put in last time, when I didn't have any leeks. However, I must be a bit careful with the cayenne pepper.

I have a syphon to fit in my loo this weekend
I will probably be busier at home this weekend than i ever was at work this week
The trouble is, you do your work well, nothing breaks down...leaving you with nothing to do.
This week has been spectacularly mundane.

I went in to work today, for the second time since the twins were born, and I ended up driving an Edwardian steam launch past a Viking long ship. Weirdest day ever.
