No I must nurture the bugs things else they will not work like rabid little imps to turn the milk into the yoghurt only costing 40p per 1kg yoghurt instead of £2.50 ish per 1kg, my next experiment is with greek bugs to make greek yoghurt, I am still not sure how it becomes greek yoghurt instead of plain yoghurt, they must have different bugs
