I can now play the James Bond Goldfinger theme on my guitar. Having only collected the guitar 7 days ago I am impressed with myself.

Just having a coffee and had thought about trying a wee jog with the pooch but not sure it will be safe under the trees.

At 4:30am this morning one gust blew my bedroom window wide open which given it is a very steep roof window which would normally blow shut if it moves at all, was both quite an achievement and a touch startling.

I can assure you she is more likely to be impressed if you now move on to another tune. I know this as having bought Mr L a mandolin Christmas 2013 I must have heard Camptown Races at least 400 times

Had left over home made cassoulet & brought it into work for dins... cannot describe the happiness!

Just fitted a new hot water plate heat exchanger to my halstead boiler.
Lovely constant hot water again..pita halstead boiler. but its a 50 quid part now and not 160 they used to be.

My husband is the same. He had taken some extra homemade Indian into work today and given me the homemade bean pâté instead of hummus. He sounded really happy at lunchtime when he rang me... But did say it seemed to have matured a touch... Tonight could be interesting, we always make enough for 2 nights in a row....

My Chesterton host for my visit to the Whittlesea Straw Bear Festival at the weekend loved the Wilsons pork pies that I took down with me.
