Davy Todd!

What a ride this year

He’d podiumed once before, in the 2022 SuperStock, when he took 3rd

This year, he’s won the SuperStock, 3rd in the SuperSport
And, this evening he won the Senior TT
(run over 4 laps, not the usual 6)

Wanted a free link to next weekends Le Mans 24 please

I don't think there's any free to air TV coverage this year - it's all on Eurosport which is subscription only (look for free trial offers?) or on the WEC app which is also subscrition only which you can get for a one-off charge of about £10 just for Le Mans.
There will be free audio coverage on Radio Le Mans

With the help of others from cc I watched quite a lot of it last year free .

Yes radio le mans is an option as is driving over and watching it like I have done a few times over the years but it won't happen this year.

The atmosphere at the circuit use to be fantastic and worth the cost

You might find quite a few of the teams also put up live streams from the in-car cameras on Youtube.

I did the coach trips over a couple of times in the mid/late 90's, but as much as I like my sportscar & endurance racing I found it a bit much. Possibly as it was done on the cheap arriving late Saturday morning and returning just after the finish with nowhere to sleep except on the coach.

Much the same although I did take a car and tent a few times and arrived late Friday leaving Monday.

Once I went on to freelance on the Tour of Ypres rally the next weekend after spending the weekend at le mans . Which was fantastic but hard work trying to keep a standard Mazda 323 4wd competitive

A Brands again today, Euro NASCAR and American speedfest, was quite a good day all in all.

Some brilliant - if red-flag-punctuated - racing from the BTCC meeting at Thruxton. Best moment of the day? Andrew Jordan starting P13 for the Mini Miglia race and leading it by the end of the first lap!

Just listened to the Canadian GP. Won't spoiler it for those who want to watch the highlights.

There used to be live Le Mans coverage on Quest, but I think that went *fzzzzt* in the last couple of years. I'll be doing my usual Radio Le Mans + live timing on the WEC website thing. Maybe furkling about on youtube might throw up something.

Just had a quick look at the TV Guide for next weekend and Quest (channel 12 round here and part of the Discovery group that own Eurosport) have overnight coverage from Le Mans from 22:00 to 05:00 Sat into Sun and that appears to be it for free to air coverage. Some 'unauthorised' streams my pop-up on Youtube for a while if you're lucky.

Canadian GP was very entertaining thanks to mixed weather - no spoilers from me either - and I'm now onto the Indycar race from Road America. BTCC has been recorded for viewing over the next week (I have caught up with the results on Autosport).
