Not accustomed?? Where have been playing?? It is part of the transparency of the game to discuss these things, especially a declaration of Mornington Crescent. I have consulted the rulebook (yes they do exist) and can't find anything. Also the fact that you can't even tell me what you played rings alarm bells!!
