Or how much you are getting Paid !With regard Sky and Cavendish I wonder how much team dynamic has an affect, albeit unconscious, on the effort a rider puts in? There's no doubting the absolute trust and respect there was between Cav and his team mates at HTC and nobody wanted to let anyone down. I suppose that sort of thing takes a little while to develop and even tho it probably didn't come into play yesterday, it may yet be a factor this season.
