Anyone can watch live online - links from here including Gazettas italian feed.

Teams also at that link. Wiggins is not getting involved with any of the Classics this year, avoiding season defining accident possibilities.

I think maybe Flecha and Wiggins are replaced by Hunt and Puccio from that list.
Various quick and technical descents towards the end get in the way of what a conventional lead out can achieve so not so much point in risking Wiggins. Likely it will be a small selection at the finish and a tactical sprint. There are so many names with a strong chance - Sky will do really well to get on the podium. An interview with Eisel and Cav.

Cyclingnews are obviosuly using their "journal of riders" today, hardly a mention of what is happening behind the lead group, just a list of who the lead group are, and what they have won. Anyone able to give any info about whether Sky are leading the chase or is the chase being shared?

...and right after that there was a change of summariser, and he has decided to ask Lefevere for his views...which included an update of the chase. Thanks Mr Patrick.

He's got some chance to get back on, still a long way to go and a lot of flat but when SKY only left Eisel it looked a shift in strategy.

cyclingnews reporting cav in now 1:30 back from main bunch.

Watch it here : http://videochat.gazzetta.it/index_MilanoSanremo01.shtml
Cav is about a minute back on the main group but in a larger group and with 4 or 5 team members.
So not yet a switch to Boassen Hagen but all the favourites taking it easy in such better shape.
Attacks to come again on the Cipressa of course which I think would kill Cav if he gets back. I reckon Sagan has a massive chance. Cancellara and Boonen there or there abouts.

It didn't look good for Qunitero. Apparently there are some wicked switchbacks and several really dangerous techinical descents where people always come off.

Great, just got onto a half decent stream of the eurosport coverage. (loads of pop ups tho) 56km to go...

Only just switched on but looks like Sky are doing the work.

Cav's sat back and Sky have packed in the chase for the day.
