A question, or a statement?Of course you have never been guilty of this

Nothing to do with Angela Lee or BHITI like Angela Lee's and BHIT's statistics!
According to their figures compulsory children's helmets will save three times as many children from dying each year than all cyclists head injuries at the moment.
In order to "be saved" there must be an incident ion which the head is involved.
One can therefore only deduce that the compulsory helmets have increased the number of accidents children have something like ten fold.
Both.A question, or a statement?
Not very nice, I remember you calling someone very unpleasant, when your credibility was challenged on the definition of pinch points. You really are pathetic.
Do us all a favour and stop trolling. You have zero credibility.

Both.
Correct me if Im wrong here, you officiate on the Dragon ride in some capacity do you not ? Are helmets compulsory on this event ?
Interesting ! So you are stating that I never do somethign and then question if I have...?
I would query" Officiate" , yes, I manage the start/finish area, if that's what you mean?
I honestly have no definate idea, not being a competitor or being that deeply invlovled in the organising I've never checked or needed to check. I would presume that they probably are.
What's not very nice is TyT trolling this forum, and refusing to answer questions. We've all been extremely patient with him, but my patience has worn thin.
And I don't think our previous disagreement is similar at all, but I don't see any point in going over that again.
Perhaps you wouldn't mind answering a question of mine then, seeing as you seem to be the authority on accidents involving peds. Im interested in the figures relating to head injuries. For instance do they take into account repeat injuries for vulnerable groups of peds ? Secondly what criteria is used is it just walking in public places or does it include all what my be classed as pedestrian activities i.e forms of sports (rugby Soccer rock climbing () etc. Is the workplace excluded from the figures ?

he added "You do realise you're standing next to a Police Inspector, don't you?".
No clever response came to me.....
Nope! I regard helmet waring as a personal issue, I don't comment on anyone wearing one or not wearign one. It's none of my business. Were I do wake up and stir is when somone starts telling other people to wear one or not ( I've never come across a case of someone tellign anyone NOT to wear one) I get more interested again when the people doing the telling are doing from faith and dogma or bad science. I don't normally bother when the "telling" is imposed by a third party as there is no way fo getting the third party to think, and all I'm interested in is getting people to think. Sorry if the answer is a bit complicated, but sometimes life is like that, we don't all get to fit into little boxes.Well, they are. As you officiate at the start finnish area, I would guess you come across a lot of stationary cyclists wearing helmets ? I would also presume being so public spirited, you point out the folly of their ways.
I might well have lost interst by then.Your quote LYB;
" You think you are owed replies ???????????????????"
Funnily enough I never got one.
Something tells me that, if you were genuinely interested, you'd have done some digging yourself. As you have not, I treat your suggestion that health professionals can not distinguish between a sports injury and a pedestrian injury with (imho - a fairly healthy degree of) ridicule.Im interested in the figures relating to head injuries.
