Of course that very much depends on the Cardio fitness in the first place. OP Surrey University will take you to your Max HR and VO2 max, if you fancy it

Hmmm.... I wouldn't mind being a lab rat to get a proper analysis done. Have you had this done, if so was there any beer tokens to be exchanged or are the students happy to do the tests for free, in exchange for your efforts!?
 
Doing a test won't do any harm, but you have to ask what you can use the info for? It might give you a slightly more accurate MHR than you already had, but I can't see how knowing your VO2 max in L/min will be of any practical use unless you do repeated tests. There are lots of other more useful and practical ways of measuring fitness improvement.
