Tonight there's gonna be a jailbreak
Somewhere in this town

I'm not a detective but do you think it could be any where near the jail ?
Wheres @Drago he may have some clues

"Hey baby, meet me I'm a tough guy. Got my Sycle outside, you wanna try"

If they had only said Bicycle - it might of worked

Maybe the escape is being done by means of a long tunnel, and the singer is unsure where in town the tunnel will emerge

I have pondered on this one for many years, but the tunnel will start at the prison. or would the prison take jurisdiction of any tunnel until it eventually breaks the surface

Hey, little girl, is your daddy home?
Did he go away and leave you all alone?
I got a bad desire

Gary Glitter Bruce Springsteen

it gets worse...

Tell me now, baby, is he good to you?
And can he do to you the things that I do?
Oh no, I can take you higher.

...i presume he's still referring to her father?!

Definitely more creepy than cringy

Mostly I just hear the singer as another instrument. I seldom take any notice of the actual words.

Tricky. Now if, instead of a tunnel, they had escaped directly from the prison into the town's sewers - rather than tunnels they had dug themselves - and emerged somewhere in the town, how would this affect things? I think in that case the escape would definitely be local to the prison.
