Dang - just realised I'll need a bb tool.
I can't find anything in removal of miche team bbs. One reference is to BSA. How can I tell which Bb tool will fit it?

I can't get the mo fo drive side out. It seems to swell in girth (@Fnaar ) as I pull it out.

Couldn't find my mallet. Lubed it and just yanked the hell out of it. That worked
Now I'm putting my lower back out trying to loosen the Drive side bb cup and DS pedal.
If I had a proper vice I'd clamp them in and smash the crap out of them.
Lubed, wiped, degreased, wiped, lubed - b'stard things.
On the positive side, I've fitted the power torque cup that wouldn't shift on my new frame and I got a big pack of high 5 gels for fifty pence after spotting they were incorrectly labelled.
