Goes like greased weasel sheet. And the Carrera Intercity Disc 9 is pretty quick too.

Another Brommie, 6-spd, 44t ring for the hills, spins out around 26-27mph. Now running MKS 'Esprit' Ezy Superior pedals as stock folder was killing my ankle. El cheapo mini-rack is okay but swapping for longer version with mudguard tab to ditch stays and bridge-rattle. SpedDial V3 clamps far quicker and easier than stock. Conti Urban Contacts roll much better than Marathons. Ergon grips so I can feel my hands at end of the day. Fidlock bottle & unibase for faff-free drinks haulage. Spend around 8-12 hrs a week on it when delivering training for corporates and schools and love (almost) every minute. And it folds in seconds and disappears into the car boot with other training gear.

It is a widely acknowledged truth that proprietors of Racing Green Bromptons are the epitome of discernment and erudition.

Latest purchase, 2001 M3L. I love the iconic colour scheme, bought to sell on, but debating whether to keep it and improve it.

At this price, and the £25 my Halfords folder cost they are a very cheap and fun means of transport. No worries about them getting stolen or scratched either.

Bought today for the grand sum of £50.

Pretty sure it's a rebadged Dahon or Tern. Unused since new, but has some light corrosion on the shiny bits.

This one is for our son and will need a longer seatpost to accommodate his height.

Looks like a fuji-ta frame and forks who are the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world and make folding bikes for brands like Dahon, Tern, Carrera, Muddyfox, Btwin etc. I have an old bicycles4u paris explorer that was also made by them. Sometimes they don't assemble the whole bike but sell frames and forks to assembly plants around the world like max.com in Bulgaria I think that assembles Dahons for the European market. For a long time Dahon didn't have any factories at all but they now have a mainly assembly plant in China although many western brands have pulled out of China in recent months. I'm not sure of the details but I've seen it on news reports about China and I'm guessing the Chinese government is making it more difficult to manufacture in China or its simply because of the huge tariffs many countries now put on Chinese goods including Canada's 100% tariff on Chinese EVs. Dahon is a brand like Trek, Specialized etc that rely on factories in Asia to make their products for them. Fuji-ta have factories I think in Cambodia, Vietnam and a few other places as well as mainland China.
