you can't beat a rich christmas cake eaten with a good selection of quality cheeses, the stronger the better. Blue stilton with wholemeal crackers makes a tasty supper snack.

Sorry, but for the best experience, blue stilton needs a sweet digestive biscuit with it...it embodies the salty sweetness that can only be surpassed by stilton and apple

I had it in Taormina, Sicily...sour sweaty armpit toe cheese (don't eat the bits that are still moving)......but the after-taste was....words can't give it justification.....let's just say you couldn't have it in a toastie, but if you ever have to try to explain the essence of cheese....this is it.....

LOLOLOLOL! I like my chutneys with a bit of bite to them, but my pain receptors are still functional. I haven't managed to nuke them... yet... This one's a cracking recipe I snagged from a WI cookbook.
