I loathe cheese..bleh. xx(

You've got no taste?

What a surprise.

I actually got a job lot of cheese on yellow sticker in Tesco tonight; buffalo mozzarella, cornish brie, a goat's cheese and a good quantity of roquefort... ^_^

Not to mention other delectable comestibles, both sweet and savoury... I will have to do a *LOT* of cycling to work off the contents of the fridge.

Nice try...... NO!

But you won't need it when you've gone. And surely you want it to be appreciated.

you can't beat a rich christmas cake eaten with a good selection of quality cheeses, the stronger the better. Blue stilton with wholemeal crackers makes a tasty supper snack.

I'm on the hard cheeses, Vintage mimolette, vintage gouda and a mature, softer gouda, a mature cheddar and something else that i can't remember the name of, never had it before but it is mighty fine. All with some thin hot chilli crackers, cherry tomatos and a few seriously strong anchovies.
Oh and a couple of Adnams broadsides and a couple of Theakstones Old Peculier.
With a knife and fork and drop the crackers? Not for me I'm afraid, the whole meal's the buildup to the main cheesy event as far as I'm concerned.:hungry:
I build up to the wafer-thin mint.
