I've seen on Strava that they're both training for LEL, so does that mean they are actually going to DO it?

Nay, I made the 3,000 up because I wasn't sure about the actual LEL distance, but yes, that's what's going on
Trivial fact of the day: us furreners mark the 1000 mark with a dot, not a comma, as in 3.000 miles.

The number of times I thought THAT'S AN AMAZING DEAL when seeing things like 249€99.

Got burned badly in a bike shop, spent €30 more on a rain jacket than I expected to - pesky continentals...

He'd been very friendly, had fitted a new rear light with P-clips and everything. And I was wearing the rain jacket at the time

@Fubar @Edwardoka - make yourselves known at Innerleithen on your way back south . I offered to help out at Edinburgh, Innerleithen or Eskdalemuir, and have just found out where I'll be based . I reckon the hardest bit for riders from the far north will be turning round when you are so close to home ...
