Ach, a bucket, brush and rag work the same, by the time you fill the sprayer.
I am getting an outdoor tap fitted for gardening purposes, so filling the bucket shall be even quicker

I'm just home from an overnight stay in Glasgow, I was shocked and disappointed, the city is almost a cycle free zone!!! Of course my survey would not stand up to scientific scrutiny, but I did spend several hours tramping the streets and found the fingers of one hand were adequate to count cyclists seen per hour.

I conducted a similarly unscientific study on the way in this morning and counted 25 cyclists (including myself) on my four and a half mile commute into the city centre. This also included a 3/4 year old and his mammy running behind on the pavement, who I've seen the last couple of days
