What's causing the punctures?
Do they happen at same point/place in ride?
Are you are it's not something in on the wheel, ie a loose spoke?

My puncture on thursday night was a piece of metal maybe a nail had got stuck in the tyre, I think my puncture yesterday was due to the tube not being in the tyre right and I think it pinched, couldnt see or feel anything wrong with the wheel or tyre, fixed it at work and cycled home with no problems

If you have a cut in the tyre, drop some super glue into it. Seals it up nicely.

I know not easy in commuting hours, but I Avoid being within two feet of the kerb where I can as all seem covered in rubbish this time of year. Plus me and stuart found fife drivers to be largely pricks Sunday so you have some sympathy lol

Finally got my act together and I've been commuting to work on the single speed all this week! 
Still masses of distance to make up this year compared to last (I only got out twice in January and February!)
Need to keep at it if I'm to tackle the hills in the Lake District or round Arran in the next few months!
