I see now, well, if you don't like it where you are now ... as long as you realize that yourself eventually catches up with you, it's a given ...

I'll have to cycle extra fast, and with my dynamo I'll be able to outrun myself at night as well!

The Lakes won't be near me by the time CC Ecosse descends upon them. Not going into specifics in case things don't work out as well as I'd like, but I'm hoping to be nowhere near the UK at that time

One half a mile down the road from me. Lived South of Edinburgh, for 20 years. Till her husband passed on.

Even my work now puts shifts on FB.

I think they must be doing it already; that would explain why I've only had 3 shifts since Christmas (well, that and the fact I went on holiday for 3 weeks). Actually I think I am on the naughty step for falling out with one of the sweat-shops they sent me to work for last week. Leave Hillington 9.15, go to 3 different places in Livingston, go to Dundee (edit- from Livi, without using the Forth Bridge), then be back at Glasgow Airport for late afternoon? Oh; and fit in an unpaid 45 minute break at some point. Aye; RIGHT!! This was all palletised freight on an artic, not daft wee parcels, so it all takes time and you are at the mercy of forklift drivers. So the Dundee bit didn't happen..... Not a happy Brandane . Been and renewed my taxi driver badge today, but need to wait 6 weeks for it.

Now that's the thing about FB; I couldn't post stuff such as this ^^^^ on it, because prospective employers might see it when I apply to them, and it could bite me on the ar5e! I just don't like the idea of all that information being out there with my name attached to it. Fine on here under a pseudonym.

Never opened one, but the met have found & identified me in six with at least as many more that may be me.

Sounds like a nightmare.
That surprises me, as I find Euro Truck Simulator to be very relaxing (I am of course joking, there's no way that it could be relaxing for real*)

* The reverse parking is a pain in the backside in the game as well
