Shame to see some of the members on here drifting away, for legitimate reasons. Isn't that how this site started up, when the same thing happened elsewhere?

Have never wanted to use that FB thing, 'tis the work of the Devil IMHO .... but sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Not yet, though! I'll stay on this ship until the water level rises a bit more; then head for the lifeboats .

@Brandane it's deep winter now, not much cycling to be done, even CC's cafe cannot hold all the off topic stuff that ends up on FB.
@Fubar is also studying hard at the moment.

See what you have made me do!!!! Log in for the first time for a month. We are mostly happily ensconced in a private group on Faceache where we can talk all the drivel we want without fear of repercussions and threats and being told we are not contributing enough suitable content in here, etc.

I am very sorry to miss talking with many very pleasant people on here, but sadly a complaining and bitter minority seemed to enjoy winding mods up and making it difficult for some so we have mostly sadly disappeared or only look in very occasionally.

Signing off again for probably another month. Lol

If anyone found the Tea thread upsetting, why didn't they just put it on "ignore"? The same way as I have done with the whole SCP board, which is possible by using the "ignore nodes" on members profile page.
