Shall I start a thread in the expedition subforum? ;)

Your getting cheeky in your old age eh? :gun::cycle:

Stags are still rutting here as well. Bloody noisy too. Though it is good to hear them. Last night there were 9 or 10 of them all calling against each other with it echoing up and down the loch. That is 9 or 10 that we would hear from the 'veranda' at the holiday home in the clear skies... and why oh why when the sun spot activity was high all day does it only go and drop back into the green at night time! I bet it goes yellow again all day and tonight is our last night here and we have to drive home tomorrow!

glad to have obliged. Here looks set for another beautiful day again once the fog has burnt off. But 2 of the last few days this week have been stunningly beautiful. In fact yesterday and 3 days ago are going to be hard to forget and I suspect I will have a couple of photos for this years calendar from those pictures (which is good because I am sorely lacking in photos for it!).

Best wishes and hope to be back early next year! - though a house purchase may get in the way of that, I'm not sure. still waiting to hear on the offer we made on Wednesday! (which is actually good I think because whilst the vender does not need to buy another house, there is one he is interested in and they don't have a chain either and I suspect he is negotiating with them and negotiating hard with them. I hasn't had (m)any offers I don't think!) We will see what comes on Monday and if needed go around another property or two which will get back to him because its the same estate agents that another property has come up for sale with (in the last day) that we could be interested in if this one does not go through.

I hope there was wedding cake! :hungry:
(Be careful though; this product can cause nightly headaches in women for decades after consumption).

There was but didn't have any, do you make cake or coffee?

It sure was a shame, would have loved her to join me and escape the madness and talk about cycling for a bit

Lovely to see you and Mrs. to be @Col5632
Actually I was a bit confused: I'd seen you "out of contest", matters not helped by a very busy morning, started to have that "I'm a robot" feeling.
My brain was saying "Col? Wot? Why? I'm at work, not riding, 'tis not the bike show ..."
Then I remembered it was the wedding show

Did you mean "mean cake or coffee"? I meant cake; specifically wedding cake (as the source of nightly headaches). Sounds like you'll find out what I meant soon enough! :okay:
I mean ... I never did get married ... but you're a cheeky so and so @Brandane.
This seem a bit vitriolic, no? Did it rain on you again? Col, ignore the rain magnet, he's in need of some tlc me thinks
