Ever tried to get somewhere without a car, especially when public transport sucks, buses don't take bikes, you're as disorganised as I am, or you are carrying things that can't be carried on a bike? :P

You did deliveries by bike, right? :}

Nope cause I've been driving since the age of 17 ;)

If i could do the deliveries on the bike I would :laugh:

Cheers Ed, it's only a possibility atm thankfully. I've had a pain at the base of my thumb/wrist area for about a week and I haven't bashed it at all so not sure what could be causing it. They said to wait a few weeks and if it persists they would x-ray it and do bloods - Fingers crossed (if you'll pardon the pun!)
Hope it all clears up without the need for the tests Harry/Ross.
If not, you'll just need to move to somewhere warm and dry :smile:.

It had to be moved back to it's original location to see if it was connected with the duplication issues we had a while back. It's with the insert button, so three right from the smilie one...

I guess I can no longer claim to be a youth then... my GP tells me I may have early onset arthritis in my left hand (though it is early onset, so that's something right?!) :tongue:
Sorry to hear this, it's not going to be easy if it's confirmed. :hugs:
A few years ago I went to the GP after months of pain in my right hand, similar to you, at the base between the thumb and the index finger.
I thought I injured myself at work. Got sent for an x-ray, got told I had signs of arthritis "expected at my age" ... the cheek!
I dismissed this diagnosis with a "wot does he know anyway" but the GP was right.
My digits have started locking unexpectedly, when that happens I have to unlock them with my other hand. :sad:

:ohmy: That sounds a bit awkward/painful to put it mildly Pat.. Especially in your line of work.
Yes, it happened once when I was holding hot liquid, but now that I know how it happens I can control it a bit.
Bet it's worse if you have to type all working day!

Driven into the back of many Royal Mail vans? :tongue:
