The most bikes I have seen on the road today since last summer , I struggled to do 40 miles as it was freezing .

Will be hundreds out tomorrow as its the first of central Scotland reliability rides , I think tomorrows one goes over your way .

Whats the route for the ride?

i was meant to be going to spin class tomorrow but the girlfriend has forgotten to book it, i'm just about to take her to Edinburgh for a night out and no doubt she will be hangover tomorrow so i might get a nice wee cycle while she is ruff...its going to take me a week to get my bike clean....

Slamder, I was measly feigning that the cold and distance where torturing me.

I'd not describe my condition as a mess, just stuck to a speed I find reasonable for February and having not many miles in my legs lately, have no desire to hammer it this early on in the year. I don't think my physical condition can ever be described as anything other than unfit though.....

A mess was maybe a bit strong..finding your cycling muscles maybe a bit better

i doubt i would have managed 50 miles today if i hadn't done my cycling all week

You might need to make your screen size bigger to see but it starts in Larbert

You got any pics of the new bridge ?, was just the bases the last time I went past.

Afraid not. The towers are up to about half height currently, when complete they'll be substantially higher than the existing bridge. The road platform has inched out over 3 supports so far.
