been out every day this week on the bike, starting to feel a it better on it, still struggling on even the small hills, the wind when cycling into it doesn't half cut you down, its so bitter..

@Telemark has been quiet recently, everything ok?
:hugs: Aww...
Noticed a tweet from EDFOC yesterday saying they are back from the Alps - think the two may be connected...
'Sherlock' @Fubar
:hello: Thanks, we had a lovely holiday ... at the start there was no snow, so we got three bike rides in the sunshine in ... pretty cold though :cold:, then it snowed but not a lot, rained for a bit, and then the real snow arrived - lots of it . So a fair few miles of XC skiing, tobogganing and winter walking through the forests and mountains of Winter Wonderland .
Last night we came home to icicles in the flat (almost) ... the boiler had cut out due to low pressure :cold::cold:. @HJ :smooch:managed to get hold of somebody to explain this morning - there are a couple of hidden buttons at the bottom of the boiler which you need to twiddle, and hey presto there was a little rush of water and the boiler kicked in again. :wahhey:

Back on the tank  tomorrow ...

Just been on my second ever club run (my first, many years ago, ended in extremely foul weather on Fenwick Moor when the last club rider turned back and I made my own way home)
As expected I was able to keep up fine on the flat but any time an elevation change was involved I was immediately ejected out the back. Damn fine guys though, they kept waiting for me - despite me being an order of magnitude slower!

I guess the CC Ecosse mantra of "No-one left behind" isn't unique to CC Ecosse :wahhey:

My legs haven't felt like this for a while :surrender:

Well done. Wondered if you would join them. They seem to be a bunch of talented riders.
