I was planning on riding this am:
- 0830 - blue sky, if a little chilly.
- 0900 - fog, very damp, distinctly uninviting
Took the 4 wheels
Sleep well soon , hope it resolves itself - you aren't working shifts, are you?I was planning on riding at some point this weekend but my wrecked sleeping pattern conspired against me

Ouch. From a bedbound lass, please send her my best wishes and hope she recovers quickly.@Telemark extra caution on the Belles rides, one on today's ride lost control of her bike, broken cheek bone, 4 stitches above one eye. She fell full face down.
Chatting and riding side by side on a path full of wet leaves is treacherous.
Thanks SatNav, hope you feel a wee bit better todayOuch. From a bedbound lass, please send her my best wishes and hope she recovers quickly.
Congratulations Was there a 10000k cake to celebrate?Had a great day out AND I've joined the 10000km annual distance club for the first time.
Congratulations.... I know how much effort that takes having done it once before ... I was nearly there myself again this year (as opposed to a year of touring) and was looking to be well on course to get 11,000km but now sadly it is very unlikely to happen. I can't see me making it to 10,000 km with me being on 9,062km and now being in the position I am in now! Still it is a good target to aim for for rehab for next yearad a great day out AND I've joined the 10000km annual distance club for the first time.
The morphine is helping to an extent provided i avoid the movements that cause the pain! <can't find appropriate smilie >Thanks SatNav, hope you feel a wee bit better today
