Performance art. I shall have to return and repeat the actions, but with an audience.

But I think you need to exclude the audience, or at least the ones who might be offended.

Back to the hummus theme, and I've made my first batch. Taste is good, but will experiment in subsequent batches. Approx cost - guess £1.

Interestingly on the can of Aldi chickpeas, it said "transfer into non-metallic container, and consume withing two days", so obviously that's where the guidance on their own hummus comes from.

I just get my houmous (spelled as per label) from the Coop or Tesco, usually get offers, and I like the jalapeño flavoureds.

Anyway intrigued by: sowed tomato seeds 3 weeks ago, only seeing one germination. So 4 days back sowed some more and today all showing as seedlings! Eh? Woss gahn on? All in heated propagators, tried different compost 2nd time around. Don't know why.

That's pretty spot on with the costing. Although you end up with double the quantity you get for a similar-priced tub in the shops. And you can season it to taste.

Had hummus on toast as part of my luncheon today. :hungry:

I prefer the garden centre to do the hard work and propagate my tomatoes for me.
