@buggi - Whilst I appreciate what you are trying to do, and that you have the best of intentions, in an open forum people will not adhere to posting in such a prescribed way. As such it will fall on us moderators to maintain the thread, which will become a bone of contention for those whose posts are removed or a stick to poke 'disrespectful' members with who are not posting properly. Unfortunately there will be no winners in a situation like that and the animosity would outweigh any solace.
For now I think it is best to simply update threads, here in this forum, with the cyclist's name and details (where they are known or later published) and let people find them naturally through search engines or link sharing.
