In the 70's Levi jacket in demin, Wrangler jeans, trainers, very much in the style of Status Quo. Yes I am that old, have lost most of my hair and according to my daughter my taste in popular music is stll crap.

Today, cargo trousers (gentlemen of a certain age should not wear jeans) lightweight walking boots, polo shirts and fleece type tops.

A lapsed mod, I certainly don't own a pair of trackie bottoms or a sweatshirt.

I still have a yearning for a candystripe blazer - but at 42 I might not be able to carry it off without looking like the child catcher.

I had one in green and red. Don't remember what I did with it. It was very eye-catching...

Young Chav, we are talking about style here:rolleyes:
Its a hoody, not a hoddy.

I wear jeans(preferre shorts, jeans sometimes rolled up because my legs get warm) t shirts and either fleeces or hoodies.

Edwyn Collins was once asked what advice he would give to young bands.

He replied to keep it simple.

Can't go wrong with jeans, t-shirt and a leather jacket.

(Well, actually, you can go wrong on reflection.)

I have a leather jacket bought only recently for me, an early xmas present, and it's true, it goes with everything I own.
