average about once every three rides on the MTB, but often it's more a case of what i would describe as 'stumbling to an unplanned halt' than a full-on crash.
A comedy one was when I went over one of those annoying little tufts of grass that looks like a tuft of grass coming out of flat earth, but is actually a little tuft of grass growing out of a mound of earth. Just went over the bars and landed on the grass, didn't hurt at all. It was actually my first time on clipless pedals on my mtb, and it was pleasing to learn that you just come straight out of them because that was one of the things i was worried about with putting them on it.
Never crashed on my road bike, thank god. Did have a little slide going across wet tram rails on thursday but fortunately stayed on.
