The sugar in this house is tucked away at the back of a cupboard unless I'm baking or I have company.

It depends a fair bit on the cup size.
But 1 to 3, with 8 in the largest cup. Very little coffee drunk.

Not a tea drinker, but coffee is always 2 spoons coffee (instant) and two spoons sugar. This is for normal to largish mugs, never really get the mega-mug thing.

Also, just absolutely has GOT to be brown sugar. White sugar just ruins the experience xx(

No sugar here,

I used to take 4 spoons of sugar in a hot chocolate in my younger days and 2+ in coffee, gradually weened myself off over the years and haven't used it for about 15 years now.
Similar here.
I also don't take milk in either but I normally drink green (Chinese) Tea, if I run out for any reason I'll drink black (Indian) Tea but with a few drops of Lemon juice or a slice of Lemon in it, just enough to 'clear the scum off' black Tea. I try to keep my dairy consumption as low as possible so I can have more Cheese and I do like Yoghurt (plain 'full fat' Greek style not the sweetened dessert style) with a curry.

None in my coffee

I used to have my coffee white with two sugars until I was in my mid 30s when I just cut out both milk and sugar one day and it's been black, no sugar ever since.

Zero, although it used to be two.
Many years ago when Mrs B and I moved in together, we realised when we came to make our first brew after a long day, that we didn't have any sugar. Rather than going out for some, I chose to take the opportunity to go cold turkey and kick the the habit. I have never had it in tea or coffee since.
